Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, travel arrangements and related services provided by Land of Cliffs Ethiopia Tours (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking, you (“you”, “the client”, “traveler”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
2. Booking & Payment Terms
2.1 Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit may be transferred as credit toward a future booking if you wish to postpone your trip.
2.2 Balance Payments
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 45 days prior to departure.
Where certain suppliers require earlier payments or stricter terms, we will notify you at the time of booking.
2.3 Currency
All payments must be made in the currency stated on your invoice.

Any cancellation must be submitted to us in writing. Cancellation charges depend on the date we receive your written notice and may also include supplier charges.
